Do you really understand the meaning and purpose of the body, soul, and spirit?

I wish more churches and Christian leaders would teach the basics of the body, soul, and spirit more often in their messages. There is so much misunderstanding and confusion of their meanings and differences, and their purpose in this life.

Everything I am writing is 100% based on bible Truth. Allow me to share the facts without reference to make this fast and simple.

The body is simply the body, and nothing else. The body is the outer shell, your skin, your outer appearance. The body is the shell that holds your organs together and contains the blood. Without blood the body would die. The body is not immortal. When your heart stops, the body will die and return to dust. No way around this. Either you’re cremated or buried, the body will return to dust and be gone forever.

The body is also the outer shell that contains your soul. Your soul is simply you. The soul is not immortal. Think of it this way: You do not have a soul, but you are a soul. Your soul is the psychological realm that makes you with feelings, emotions, actions, and free-will. Your soul will never die. When your body dies, your soul only has two options: go to heaven or go to hell.

Your soul is also a vessel for the human spirit that lives in your soul. When you come into this world from your mother’s womb, and the breadth of God enters into you, the spirit of God lives in your soul from day one. We call this the human spirit, because its God’s spirit that gives you the ability to worship and interact with God. Still, you must understand this human spirit is dead on arrival, because Adam disobeyed God, covering the human spirit in sin one with the flesh. Everyone is born with this human spirit already destined for hell when your soul becomes aware of this truth. Think and process this carefully. Babies, toddlers, youngsters and even some adults not self aware are not included in this condemnation.

So its true when you hear people say “you’re born into this world already dead in sin, destined for hell.” Satan has the title deed on Earth, and anything born into this world is already dead to sin. But like any title deed, there is a term limit and Jesus Christ is coming back to reclaim this deed for eternal ownership at His second coming.

Between now and His second coming, how can you make it to Heaven if your body dies? The answer is simple: Be reborn in God’s Holy Spirit, accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior by 100% faith, and you will receive God’s Divine Holy Spirit in your soul.

Once you receive God’s Divine Holy Spirit, this Holy Spirit will take over and lead your human spirit, claiming to God you are child of God. When your body dies, the Holy Spirit returns to God immediately with no delay, and takes your soul along to Heaven. Remember, the soul can never die. Without being reborn having God’s Holy Spirit inside your soul, your soul will go to hell.

Yes, you have two spirits: the human spirit and the redemptive Spirit of God that enters into your soul upon being reborn in the Spirit accepting Jesus Christ as you Lord and Savior.

Only God’s Divine Holy Spirit is immortal.

Got it? Get it, and know your soul is going to heaven. Amen.

my loving parents saw me struggle in school with a speech impediment, shyness, and a feebleness that made me easy prey for bullies. in third grade I was placed in a Christian school in la mirada, california called lindsey school. it was here I asked Jesus Christ to come into my heart in June 1974. since that day I have journeyed through countless trials, deep valleys, high mountains, life-changing paths, and open doors, learning what it means to be a true follower of Christ. I am not religious, but a bible believing Christian. there is nothing i can do to get into heaven except place all of my faith in Jesus Christ as my God, my Savior, and my Friend. Christ paid the penalty for my sins with His death on the Cross, and rose from the grave three days after so my last breadth on this earth will be my first breadth in Heaven. until that day comes, i am here to love and glorify God in my daily walk and lead others to do the same. i am far from perfect in this short life, but I know God's grace is infinite and gives me the hope to finish this race with crowns. Amen.
